The service

SurgeIQ surfaces demand-surge sales leads and provides calling and CRM tools. Lead availability depends on real-world crisis activity and is not guaranteed.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for lawful outreach, including TCPA and do-not-call compliance, and for the conduct of your reps.

Billing

Subscriptions and per-minute call usage are billed through Stripe. Seats are billed by active rep count.

Acceptable use

No scraping, reselling leads, or abusing the calling system. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
